Fire Evacuation Drill
Saturday April 25th

The City of Spokane is conducting a wildfire evacuation drill for a specific portion of the Latah/Hangman neighborhood, based on a realistic simulated fire scenario. Evacuation notices will be issued in stages, reflecting proximity to the incident.
Spokane County is transitioning to a new alert system. Once the system is officially released, residents are encouraged to sign up and participate in the drill. Your involvement will help gather valuable, actionable data to improve emergency response and evacuation efforts.
